INSTAGRAM GIVEAWAY RULES

LIGNE ST BARTH

ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZATION

Ligne St Barth, whose registered office is located at Route de Saline, 97133 Saint-Barthelemy, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 507409076, hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Company", is organizing a free giveaway with no purchase necessary entitled:

LIGNE ST BARTH GIVEAWAY

The giveaway will run from June 15, 2026 at 00:01 to June 30, 2026 at 23:59 (St Barth time). The giveaway is accessible from the official Ligne St Barth Instagram account (@lignestbarth).

Instagram is neither the organizer nor a partner of the operation. This giveaway is neither managed nor sponsored by Instagram. Any question relating to the giveaway must be addressed to the Organizing Company and not to Instagram.

By participating, each participant acknowledges that Instagram is released from any liability relating to the organization, running and consequences of this giveaway.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation is open to any natural person of legal age, aged 18 or over, holding an active Instagram account that complies with Instagram’s Terms of Use, and residing in Saint Barthélemy, Switzerland, or in one of the European Union countries to which Ligne St Barth is able to deliver the prizes, namely: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

Participation is limited to one (1) entry per person and per Instagram account.

The following are excluded from participation:

Employees of Ligne St Barth and members of their family living under the same roof.
Any person having participated directly or indirectly in the organization of this giveaway.

Any incomplete or fraudulent entry, or any entry that does not comply with the conditions of these rules, will be cancelled without prior notice.

ARTICLE 3 - HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To participate in the giveaway, the participant must:

Follow the official Instagram account @lignestbarth.
Like the giveaway post.
Tag in a comment at least two (2) Instagram accounts belonging to real people who may be interested in the giveaway.

Participants may also, on an optional basis, share the giveaway post in their story by tagging the @lignestbarth account. This action is not mandatory and has no impact on the validity of the entry or on the chances of winning.

Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

ARTICLE 4 - WINNER SELECTION

One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all entries that comply with these rules.

The random draw will take place on July 13, 2026, using a specialized random selection tool (such as Commentpicker or equivalent).

At the time of the random draw, two (2) reserve winners will also be selected in order to compensate for any failure by the main winner to respond within the allotted time.

The winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message within three (3) business days following the random draw.

ARTICLE 5 - PRIZE

The winner will receive:

1 Moisturizing Body Lotion Lily
1 Roucou Tanning Oil SPF 15

Indicative value of the prize: EUR 120 including VAT.

The prize is strictly personal and may not be transferred, exchanged or replaced by its cash value.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to replace one of the products with a product of equivalent value and quality in the event of unavailability, without this giving rise to any claim whatsoever.

ARTICLE 6 - PRIZE DELIVERY

The winner must respond to the private message sent by Ligne St Barth within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt and provide the information required to ship the prize (surname, first name, full postal address).

If no response is received within this period, the Organizing Company reserves the right to contact the first reserve winner under the same conditions.

The prize will be shipped to the address provided by the winner within 15 business days following receipt of their contact details. Shipping costs will be covered by the Organizing Company.

The Organizing Company may not be held liable for an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the winner.

ARTICLE 7 - LIABILITY

The Organizing Company may not be held liable for:

Any malfunction of the Instagram network or interruption of the service beyond its control.
Any error in the contact details provided by the winner.
Any delivery issue or loss of the prize during shipment.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel the giveaway if circumstances so require, without this incurring its liability.

ARTICLE 8 - PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected in connection with the giveaway (Instagram username, winner's postal address) is processed by Ligne St Barth as data controller, exclusively for the following purposes:

Managing entries
Selecting the winner
Shipping the prize

Participants have the following rights:

Right of access
Right to rectification
Right to erasure
Right to object to processing
Right to restriction of processing
Right to data portability

These rights may be exercised by sending a request to: contact@lignestbarth.com

The data will be retained for a period of 3 months from the end of the giveaway and will then be deleted.

In the event of a complaint relating to the processing of your data, you may contact the CNIL: www.cnil.fr

ARTICLE 9 - USE OF CONTENT

By participating in the giveaway, participants authorize the Organizing Company to reshare their comments or stories mentioning @lignestbarth as part of the communication relating to the giveaway, without financial compensation.

The Organizing Company undertakes not to use participants' content for commercial purposes other than the promotion of the giveaway.

ARTICLE 10 - ACCEPTANCE OF THE RULES

Participation in the giveaway implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules in their entirety.

These rules are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these rules shall be submitted to the competent courts.
